At Plaitonic, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a calm, one-to-one service and respect the time of both clients and staff, punctuality is essential.
1. Arriving on Time
- Clients are expected to arrive promptly at their scheduled appointment time.
- Please allow extra time for parking, traffic, or other delays so that your service can begin as planned.
2. Grace Period
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your appointment start time, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
3. Impact of Lateness
- If your lateness reduces the time available, we may only be able to provide part of your booked service, but the full price of the original appointment will still apply.
- If lateness makes it impossible to complete the service safely or to standard, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Repeated Lateness
- Clients who are repeatedly late may be asked to prepay the full cost of future appointments.

- We strive to run on time and respect your schedule. If, on rare occasions, the salon runs late, you will always receive the full service you have booked.
