1. Salon Discretion
- Plaitonic Ltd. reserves the right to amend, update, or introduce new policies at any time, in line with business needs, insurance requirements, or legal obligations.
- All policies are applied consistently, but final decisions regarding their interpretation or enforcement rest solely with Plaitonic Ltd.
2. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service at our discretion if:
- A client breaches salon policy,
- Safety or wellbeing may be compromised,
- A client displays abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour,
- A client attends under the influence of drugs or alcohol,
- A client fails to meet legal or insurance requirements (e.g., age restrictions, patch test compliance).

3. Liability
- Plaitonic Ltd. will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that arises as a result of a client failing to follow our policies, aftercare advice, or safety instructions.
- Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client at all times.
4. Binding Agreement
